Annual passholder discount at Disney of 10 to 20% through Sept 30!

Hello, just putting it out there, but we were at mousegears today, and one cashier said that they extended the discount to May 1, with the possibility of it going on later into the summer.

I was also at mousegears yesterday, and was told the samething. Now hopefully we talked to different CM's. LOL

The white ones are still at the shop at the MK as well as the GF. I imagine they're still everywhere. It is such a cute design. We gave a white wristlet to our daughter for Christmas but I just won't pay that much for a larger bag that's not leather. Oh, that reminds me...the new ones are fabric. Kind of a cotton canvas???


I did take a couple pictures but am not much of a photographer to put it mildly! Plus we're still at WDW and my cord is at home. Someone will probably post photos on the D&B thread long before I can.

Actually the shop on the Boardwalk gave me 20% off with the annual pass, and 10% for the Disney Visa. The CM at the Boardwalk told me to show my receipt to other shops so they would give me both discounts. I don't think that is right, so I will not get her in trouble.

So today I shopped at Mousegears and the shop at the Boardwalk, and got the 20% off at both shops. Actually the shop on the Boardwalk gave me 20% off with the annual pass, and 10% for the Disney Visa. The CM at the Boardwalk told me to show my receipt to other shops so they would give me both discounts. I don't think that is right, so I will not get her in trouble.

We received 20% off at DHS today. The CM said that March 1st was the last day for this discount. I didn't ask if the discount was extended for Premium APs. I also received 20% off at the UK in WS this evening.

I have a regular annual pass. I am not going to the parks today, but tomorrow I will have to buy something and see!!!

Bummer, 10% won't encourage me to shop or buy anything extra. I guess 20% is the rate that pushes me over. So my cc is safe this weekend. I don't like that they want to separate us AP holders because the premium just has water parks on it (right?). We almost never go to the water parks, so don't need that perk.

I asked about the discount at that store near the Friendship boat dock and they didn't know. They even called Guest Services who didn't know! That was about 11:30am. I made my purchase in Italy around 1 pm and got 10%. The other purchases followed.

I'm not sure we'll be going to a park today either. It's been so pleasant hearing the rain on the roof of the THV. It does seem to have stopped now though. Maybe we will hit DHS.

Speaking of APs, there is a new perk....a free ride along at the Richard Petty experience. Just show up from 9-4....first come, first served. My DH plans to do it. I believe this lasts through March.

The premium also has free golf at Oak Trails. Big whoop!

I suppose it could be worthwhile to purchase one PAP if a family does a lot of shopping or is making a very expensive art purchase. Not the case for us.

The premium APs at DL do have a bunch of things that make it worthwhile to get at least one per family. Free parking and better discounts for meals and merchandise as well as no blackout dates IIRC.

20% is a good amount too, although 10% is nice as well as normally this is only offered at Downtown Disney World of Disney. Since we don't get out there very often, we don't get the discount. We don't really buy much though as most Disney merchandise is horrible quality. But, for 20%, I wouldn't mind buying a few things here or there.

I bet I was at Mousegears about 2...maybe 2:30. Grrrrr!

Maybe the CMs just didn't pay attention and gave you the PAP discount?
