We phone WDW and book the annual passes, then with the reference number given to you, you can get them at any entrance at WDW or at Downtown Disney. You then go to the ticket machine and get your fingerprints taken to match up with the card.
Or you can wait 'tll you get there and buy them at DD or any park entrance

We have just bought our APs direct from Disney - just call the CRO phone number and they will either give you a refernece number for you to pick up the passes at Guest Relations, or send you a AP voucher (that's what we got ).

The vouchers arrived within a week by DHL

With the exchange rates so good getting an AP has never been better value

You can also purchase them at www.waltdisneyworld.com you have to put in your from the Us or you will be re-directed to the uk site. then at the end where you enter your address this is just normal and allows you to enter a uk address. We have done this many times. They then send you the vouchers to exchange at guest services.

Unfortunately WDW has recently withdrawn online buying of APs by UK customers - you can ring or purchase when you get there (like we did) - worked out at £215

We have contacted our IT support team concerning the renewal difficulty you are having with renewing your passes online. Unfortunately at this time the only guest who are able to renew the passes online are residents of the demestic US.

Please call 407-W-DISNEY a Reservation Agent will gladly assist you with your purchase.

and subsequently purchase a new AP - I got a message that 'due to my billing address' I would be unable to purchase online.

I emailed them and the service was 'no longer available' to UK residents ... unless of course they've updated it again since November lol !!
