is there still a discount when you buy more than 3 fantasy passes. There are 4 of us and we will be going in the parks for 5 days and it looks like it works out cheaper to do DLP DIY staying at the Holiday inn and buying AP's, plus we get the discounts in the parks at the restaurants and the shops, and we can possibly get another trip in within the year.

Also is it worth just one person getting a dream pass or not?

My understanding is that there is only family discount if you book 5 or more passes. However you can get discount if you get someone to sponsor you.

We looked at getting only one dream pass and others cheaper but disadvantage is only dream pass holder can get in for EMH. so we decided against it.
You would still get all discounts as long as dream pass holder is present

Yep, you now need a family of 5 to qualify for the family discount.
But as A Small World said you can get an existing AP holder to sponsor you and you will then get 10% off. This is the thread here.

We're going to get Dream passes again because we want to have the choice of using EMH but if you're not fussed about that then I'd say go for one Dream and three Fantasy.
