So we were at Disney 9/6 - 9/16. while there we purchased Platinum Passes and booked Christmas week 12/22 - 12/28. On my Tickets and Reservations page the reservation shows, Dining reservations show but my Annual Passes do not show. If I click the Annual Passholder link from the drop down menu, all 4 passes show. If I click the Magic Band link, the option to get my Passholder Magic Bands show. I have called Disney 3 times in the last 5 days. Each time they assure me the passes will be linked by morning. They tell me if not to call back so that's what I have been doing. Anyone else having this problem? I really don't want my FP window to arrive and not be able to book anything at 60 days. Just to see what would happen, I tried to book a FP at 30 days out and it tells me I need to purchase tickets, which I have, but I cannot book at 30 days which I should be able to do being a pass holder. Any advise would be appreciated!!

Call again.
Stress that you still cannot book FPs within 30 days.

There are and have been far too many "glitches" to keep track of on MDX, lately

I just got off the phone with them before I made the post and I did tell them I cannot book 30 days out. It's very frustrating.

I can think of at least two ways they could fix this, on-the-spot.
So sorry they have not helped you.

I see that you still have 24 days until your FP booking date.
Give them a little more time, but if the date gets too close, then you need to make some serious "requests."
Oh yeah, I am a very patient person so I will give them time but I also like to get ahead of things so it won't be a problem a day before. Disney has always been pretty accommodating so I will wait and see what happens.

Did they say they were going to escalate it? I had an issue with purchased APs not showing up recently and had to contact Disney. After 45 minutes on hold and then a 30 min phone call (again mostly on hold after talking to person), the CM sent it to escalation. She said it should be 24-48 hours but later that night they showed up properly.

They did on the third phone call last night. I’m gonna wait till Monday night and go from there.

I was on MDX and now nothing was showing. No reservations, no Memory Maker ... nothing. So I decided to give them a call and while on hold, everything came back up but AP still not showing. Since I called, I had them check on the AP problem. This time I was told my account as been escalated to the I.T. department and I would receive an email once they figure out what's going on. I stressed that my FP window was approaching and Danielle assured me that if by chance it's not fixed by my 60 day window, I would get the FP's I want. I did ask about FOP and FEA since usually CM's cannot give those out and they told me that they could give those to me if my account isn't fixed. Now I hope they cant fix it so at least I get a guaranteed FOP FP ;)

Yeah and they have the ability to give them to you. There was a ticket snafu last year with my sisters ticket and she lost her last day of FPs, including FoP. When I talked to someone at Disney he was able to give her an anytime FP specifically for FoP so she could ride with me. We also were there during the hurricane so missed 2 park days. One of those included FoP so the next time we went, we stopped at guest services and were polite and explained the situation. The CM gave each of us an anytime FoP pass for that day.

Same thing happened to us. We were there during Irma, our AK day was spent at the Contemporary. On our next Ak day as we were leaving Rainforest Cafe a CM holding an iPad asked us how our day was and I replied Great but would be better if we could use our lost FOP FP today. She scanned my Magic Band and seen I did have one so she added one to our account for all 4 of us. I never asked for it so it was special that we got one since we were headed to go wait Stand By.

Update: It's been a week since I last spoke to Disney about this problem. They assured me the escalation department was going to fix the issue within a week. Still cannot book FP+ 30 days out, tickets still not linked to my account. I'm actually on the phone with them as I'm typing this. They keep sending me around and still have no idea what to do. MY 60 days is getting closer and my patience is getting shorter.
