One caveat, they do not keep the vouchers in teh store. When you purchase them they will order them for you. You will pay when you pick them up. Takes about 1-2 weeks to receive the order.
In defense of this guest... when she bought her AP's last year, the only way to purchase them in the stores was to order them and have the vouchers sent.
However, within the past 6 months, all passes, with the exception of the one day/one park tickets and Unlimited Magic Passes which come with room packages and the Florida Resident passes (these may be available in Florida, I am not sure), are available in the
Disney Store. You may find them on a special stand near the cashwrap. Just choose the ticket you prefer (all are now plastic credit card types), take it to the register and the castmember will ring it up for you. When the hoppers are rung up, it activates the tickets in the system, and all you have to do upon arriving at the parks is to go straight up to the turnstyles, put your ticket in the slot and go in. Do make sure to save the receipt that the CM gives you with the registration numbers of each ticket in a safe and separate place, as this would be your way of having tickets reissued if lost or stolen. For the AP's however, you will still have to have them activated at Guest Services on the 1st day, and they will be good for a year from activation, instead of a year from purchase.
Hope you enjoy your trip and the extra perks (make sure to ask guest services for a list of discounts you may receive as a passholder) you get along with your AP's!
