I know this question must have been asked before, but I can not find the answer . Is there anywhere where I can purchase an annual pass at a discount? That is, without being a dvc member. Thanks.

The only discounts I've ever come across is for FL residents. Disney doesn't usually discount anything.

If you have Military or Department of Defense ID, Shades of Green sells discounted Annual Passes.

I believe you can get a AAA discount if you are a member. Like the previous posters said, Florida resident and military are the only other ones I know of.

No, AAA, unfortunately, does not offer discounts on AP's. FL residents and members of the military (via SoG) can get one, and, of course, those renewing AP's get a discount but that's it to my knowledge.

I clicked on the "Ticket" at the top of the DIS boards here, and then checked on the price for a renewal for my PAP... and I can not believe that it is listed at $ 394.06! I am thinking this MUST be a mistake, or an old price... since even it is even cheaper then the offical cost at Disney.com. ( that is $464.00)
I did get my PAP from SOG last year, but you need a Military ID to get it. Saved a lot of money then... but they don't offer a renewal! Was just going to post a question about the cost I found on the boards, so look latter and see if I get more info there.

Yes you are right they no longer offer them for AP's. Just talked with my AAA member GF, and she told me they don't do it anymore. She had gotten an AP in January 2004 and gotten the AAA discount, but I guess they've stopped that since then. You can still get a discount on the other tickets through them though.
