Can you buy your annual pass before you get to WDW? I read somewhere that you can buy a pass, not just a voucher, in Ocala.

There are several places besides the park ticket booths where you can purchase actual "active" annual passes (including the Disney Information Center in Ocala, FL). Check out this link for the entire list:
