Annual Pass updates...

I’m wondering if anyone has run into or been able to get a resolution to a few issues I’m experiencing? My family all has AP’s that are set to expire early next month (July) or early March of 2021. We just happen to have trips planned shortly after both of those dates. With the one month extension Disney has said they are going to put on everyone’s passes a we would have all the tickets we need. The problems I have are 1. If Disney doesn’t add the extra month to AP’s until October how is anyone supposed use the extension between July and October? Also, how can I make park reservations for our planned March 2021 trip until Disney adds the extension? Anyone else in a similar situation?

I had an AP problem too. I was transferred to 5 different CMs until I got to someone who could help me. She did resolve my issue. I recommend calling Ticketing. They will absolutely work with you to fix everything.

Is ticketing different from Passholder Services? We’ve tried them with no luck, may need to take another swing at it I suppose.
