Annual pass rates during value season at Polynesian AND Pop Century?

Could someone point me in the direction of finding out past annual pass rates (as recent as possible) for the Polynesian as well as for Pop century during value seasons? I just can't seem to find this information.

I did a search for "July 2007 AP Poly" here. Several theads mentioned an AP rate in 2007 value season at the Poly of $249/nt Garden View + tax.
