Annual pass questions

Is it possible to upgrade a multi day park hopper to an annual pass? How does that work? Do I have to do it before using the ticket?

I forgot to add my ticket is part of a free dining package. Does that matter?

You could in the past and you could do it at any point before you used all the days and no it didn't matter that it was part of a package, just couldn't be a comped ticket.
