Annual Pass question

Hi,we're going to RPR on Sat!! DH needs to exchange his voucher for a pass,is it ok for him to do this @ guest service lobby inside the park? We won't get to IOA until about 3 o'clock. If he can't get it inside the park,will the lines @ guest services be really long @ that time of day?

At Universal Studios, go right after you enter the turnstiles and you'll run right into it.

At IoA, go left after the turnstiles.
