Annual pass query

Hi Guys,

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere but this is quite a large forum and I have searched but didnt really get anywhere

Have finally convinced my Partner to go to WDW (From the UK) twice in 12 months!

What I would like to know is:

Can I use a ticket bought from Disney through the UK site (14 day ultimate) to upgrade to annual pass (And pay the circa $200)?

and

Am I better off buying the UK 14 day ultimate ticket, and upgrading at Downtown on arrival (to the base Annual pass and without using waterparks etc) ? (then I can use FP+) or am I better off just waiting till we get there? (I guess my question here is can I buy my tickets here, use FP+ and still upgrade?

The 14 Day Ultimate can be upgraded to an AP. Note that if you use any of the "minor" park entries prior to the upgrade, then you can only upgrade to a PAP.
