Annual Pass ? Lost voucher for "Free AP"

Can it be replaced? Would they keep records of redeemed AP vouchers?

When we purchased we received 2 AP Vouchers - They were plastic, like Credit cards. I used one, but not the other and now i can't locate it.

Anyone know if they keep a record and can replace.
