Hello, I am new to this board.
Anyhoot... I am looking into purchasing annual passes. I am not sure which one to get. Can you tell me from your experience which one you have and why you have it.

Also... I am looking for the block out days and cannot find them on this site. Where can i go to look at them?

Alrighty... take care. :moped:

There are no black out dates for the AP or PAP, I think that this applies only to the Florida residents APs.
I have the plain Annual Pass as I do not usually go to the water parks or PI. I figure if I want to go one of the water parks I can just buy a discounted ticket for the day.
If you plan on going to the water parks or PI or Disney Quest then you should select the Premium Annual Pass.

There are three types of passes:

Seasonal - for Fla res only, it does have blackout dates like xmas week and easter week and all of the summer.

AP - Allows you entrance into the four theme parks. No blackout dates no matter where you live.

PAP - allows you to enter the four theme parks, two water parks, PI and Disneyquest. No blackout dates

You get additional perks like food & resort discounts, free parking and a quarterly newsletter.

We just got the regular AP's. We have 3 small kiddos and don't need to do the waterparks and such right now. The 4 main parks and the resort pool is plenty to keep us busy! :)
