Do the tickets expire one year from activation or do they expire at the end of the year? I know that Disney's expire one year from activation but don't remember what Universal does. Thanks!!!

One year from activation and you have 30 days grace to renew. Your renewal will be from expiration date though.

When I renew my annual pass in June will I be able to get a new AP? I tried to laminate my original AP and the heat from the laminator caused the back of the ticket to turn black and now the none of the info. on the back of my AP can be read

I wish I had the plastic AP with my picture like DH has.

You should be able to get a new AP...just tell them what happened and promise you'll not try to laminate anything again!;)
