Is there any buy 1 year get 1 year discount out here anywhere? I am thinking about getting an annual pass for hotel discount.(I was going to stay off site but really want one night-going jan 16-20th). Any discounts out there?

Not that I'm aware of...only onsite hotels offer the AP discount rate. You could always show the AP when you check in...you never know.

Wait...are you talking about hotel discounts or an actual discount off of the AP itself?

Yeah, AAA has good prices usually. If you aren't a member, I believe a friend who is can buy them for you. You'd have to read the fine print. When I had an AP, AAA often had 2 years for the price of 1 as a deal.

I don't think there are any deals available right now. There were some in the fall.

I bought the 2 for 1 AP when it ran in September until 9/30. Look to see if they run it again in the late summer, but with Harry Potter coming, who knows?

the FL AAA site had the special the last 2 years beginning in late spring/early summer

anyone can purchase; need to do an "end run" and plug in an Orlando zip code to see the offers & purchase

even if a AAA member elsewhere, you are unable to obtain the discount

outside of state CANNOT purchase the FL resident tixs, they do card for that (and rightly so )
