Howdy everyone,

Does the person booking the room need an annual pass or can it just be a person in your party. My BIL is getting an annual pass but I do most of the planning. It's not a problem for him to book but I like to have everything squared away.

Thanks for the help,

I believe an annual pass holder can book up to three rooms. Your BIL would have to book the room for you and be there for check in. I don't know how payment would work. My guess is you pay your BIL.

When I book a room or rooms, they ask everyone's names who are staying. If it's done this way you and your BIL's names would be on the reservation, and you would be fine, I would think.
(Last trip, it was me, DH our three kids, and my parents -- 4 adults and 3 kids. I booked two rooms, and they listed all seven names on the one reservation for the two rooms -- make sense?).
So, you should be able to still make the reservations, just do it for everyone in your party as one reservation, even if it is more than one room.

Hope that helps.
