annual pass and disney dining experience

I am thinking of purchasing the annual pass, I believe that I can purchase it and receive a voucher, I do not want to activate it until probably December. I would also like to purchase the disney dining experience that is only open to annual passholders. Do you know if I purchase the annual pass and they issue me a voucher to activate in Dec. if I would be able to use it to purchase the dining experience?

Yes, you can order the DDE card with your voucher. You just need to provide them with the number at the back of the voucher.
