Annual Maintenance Fees?

Does anyone know what the annual maintenance fee for Boardwalk villas, 300 points would be at the present time and how the maintenance fee policy works?

2004 Dues for the DVC resorts are as follows..........

OKW-$3.68
SSR -$3.80
HHI-$3.86
BCV-$4.17
VWL-$4.22
BWV-$4.25
VB - $4.67

For 300 BWV pts the dues would be a little over $1200 per year.
That amount is paid every year in January in full or by debiting your checking acct monthly.

Question: Does the DVC charge interest if the dues are debited monthly? Or is it the same amount, just spread over 12 months?

No interest, its actually the better way to do it. I paid it in full for years before switching.
