has anyone done any indepth research into Member Services as to why they dont provide annual status reports re: DVC contracts (total points, points borrowed, banked etc.) They already send out mailings once a year with our dues statements....would it REALLY be that difficult/costly to throw an extra printout into the envelope? They obviously already maintain this info on their computers --since they have it when you call MS to book reservations etc. It just seems odd to me. Of course--an actual website where you can book reservations and maintain your account and check points would be even better but I can keep dreaming cant I??
