I received an email this morning that annual dues for next year can be paid via credit credit. If I pay with my Disney Visa card, do I have 6 months to pay it off, interest free?

You have for years been allowed to pay annual dues via credit card if you pay them annually, and doing so has not qualified for the six month payoff period. The only thing that has changed is that you can now provide a credit card for DVC to have on file so it can automatically charge the annual dues each January to your card. Paying monthly still requires you set up monthly withdrawals from a US bank account.

While that is true, it is worth noting for anyone new to paying DVC dues, you can manually pay your dues ahead of your scheduled payment date each month using a Disney gift card. Many do so by using a Target Red Card to buy an e-gift card to save 5% on dues. I’ve never tried, but I suspect you might be able to buy that same e-gift card with a CC but you wouldn’t get the 5% savings.
