Hi guys I own at OKW did our annual dues go up I really hate to call member services to ask thank Kim

Yes, OKW dues went up....they actually had the highest percentage increase since DVC started. The dues went from $3.22 to $3.49. When you check your actual bill, you should see a slightly smaller increase because the 2002 real estate taxes were overpaid and we get a "refund".

All the dues went up at all the DVC's. Rising insurance costs for both the property and health insurance for the CMs were two of the major increases.

Rounding to the nearest penny, here are the dues for 2000/2001/2002/2003 by
each resort.

OKW - $3.16/$3.13/$3.22/$3.49
BWV - $4.02/$3.83/$3.92/$4.10
HHI - $3.26/$3.32/$3.49/3.69
VB - $4.08/$3.98/$4.17/$4.37
WVL - NA/$3.63/$3.80/$4.05
BCV -- opened at $3.77/$3.97
