Annual Dues question

We're considering purchasing a 'stripped' resale with a December use year that won't accrue any points until 2010. Doese this meain we won't have any points until Dec 1, 2010. Would we have to pay the annual dues for 2010 in January (or begin monthly payments) even though we wouldn't get points until December?

You could make the conditions of the purchase for the current owner to pay the dues for 2009 and 2010. But you do get 2010 points, so actually you should be obligated for the 2010 dues. And they would be due in Feb 2010.

You could borrow the 2010 points to use in UY 2009 if you wanted to.
