Annual Dues late fee and interest costs??

was going to pay my annual dues tonight but forgot to call on Friday to set up two payments option. I know the late fee is 25.00 but does anyone know the interest percent is that they say by the maximum rate applied by applicable law accrued from the original payment date? Thanks!

Maybe they'll waive the late fee bc it's only the day after?? Call to ask!! Just beg!
