Annual Dues increase question for BLT

I can't seem to find my mail from DVC with the annual dues information.
Is there a way to find out why such high increase for BLT?

I've been away from DVC boards for sometime and can't seem to find any recent post about it (I even searched for annual dues and maintenance fee).

Go to a sticky called DVC Resource Center at top of page where your thread is listed and you will find your dues.
