Anniversary weekend - Need some help

I know that hotels will try and help you arrange special surprises when you stay with them. Besides having a bottle of wine/champagne waiting for us when we get to our room (that I'll be paying for) what are some other ideas/things that I can do to surprise DH when he walks into the room. I'm not asking for freebies, but things that they could charge to our room. I'm not savvy when it comes to these things and would love some input. We'll be staying at the Hilton New York, Times Square. I booked our room through Priceline, hopefully that won't be an issue when I call the hotel to arrange something.
