Anniversary in Philly...Help!

Our anniversary is coming up in June, but due to it being during our Disney trip, we're celebrating early, probably on Sat May 22nd. My mom's keeping all 4 kids for the night (she's the best!) so the whole day is ours. The only thing that I'm pretty sure about is that we're going for dinner at The Melting Pot. I'm still unsure of whether or not we're going to get a hotel for the night or not. We're a little over an hour away, so we don't necessarily have to. That all being said...I'm asking for your help! Has anybody ever been to one of The Melting Pot's resturaunts? We've never been...I just thought it would be something different. Any suggestions for things for the two of us to do in Philly for the afternoon and/or after dinner? Any suggestions for nice hotels that don't cost an arm and a leg for one night?

Me personally, I'd rather celebrate in Disney! Kids or no kids
But, I LOVE the Melting Pot and all the ones I know of in the Philly area are good - they are a little pricy so I only have gone a few times for special occasions. Not sure about hotels b/c we are only about 30-45 minutes from the city so we've never stayed over.
I know there is a Melting Pot on Germantown Ave and they have a ton of stores you could wander through before hand if you are just looking for something simple to do for the afternoon.

We have a new Melting Pot in Bethlehem...it's fantastic. My DH and I went for our anniversary and they spoiled us! We sat in an area that they call "lovers lane"...very private! The service was fantastic and they even gave me a rose when we were leaving! The food was great and we really enjoyed our time together!!

I've always wanted to try the one in King of Prussia. Looks so yummy! Hotels in Phila I'm really not sure about since I lived there.

I keep getting offers from the resorts in A.C., that might be something to look into, also
