My wife and I are going to Disneyland in December. The funny thing is that we scheduled our visit not realizing the significance of the date. I don't think my wife is expecting anything special, besides being at the park. Does Disneyland offer anything or will they do anything special if I ask them ahead of time. Just trying to make this trip that much more special.

Are you staying in one of the on site hotels? If so, I know they can leave something special in your room for your arrival or the particular day in question. Disney Travel Planning ( I think) are the ones to call about setting that up.

When you go to DL, stop by City Hall, they should have pins that say you are celebrating your anniversary.

And don't forget to make some reservations for a special meal. And tell them its your anniversary too. You never know how the CMs might decide to treat you!

We usually go on our Anniversary. Two years ago we were there for our 9th, and when my husband called to make Goofy's Kitchen reservations for breakfast he mentioned it was going to be our Anniversary. They showed up with a small cupcake with a chocolate Mickey head and a candle lit. Oh and of course Chip came to the table too. It was really nice.

I HONESTLY would NOT expect them to if you do mention it. Unfortunatly some of our family took their little one on their birthday, and mentioned it to the DLH, she had the buttons, it was on all their dining adr's, and she never recieved anything special they never even brought her a cupcake at any of the places, and they did every char meal. If you are wanting to make it magical then I suggest calling DLH if that's where your staying , or one of the other Disney owned resorts, and set something up to be in your room like chocolate strawberries or cookies type thing, and paying for it. I wouldnt suggest just hopping Disney does something while your there honestly.

Anyone have that number? Sunday is our one year and I'd like something magical in our room!
