It was shocking to hear about her death but sadly not surprising. I have seen her interviews this week on ET or Inside Edition (one of those shows) and she looks to be under the influence. Of what I don't know but not "sober".

I think Howard K Stern was enamored with her and loved her. I don't think he would kill her.

I think there were substances involved in her death. IMO. Intentional? We may never know.

May the baby have a life of peace and never ending love.

My wifes mom is the Director of Radiology at the hospital they took Anna Nicole Smith too, and she said it was definitely an overdose.

I wonder if PPD was involved. And on top of losing your son, fighting for paternity, and being slapped with the TrimSpa lawsuit, it was just too much for her.

I am not sure how I would have handled all that pain, either.

This all occured to me as well. With drugs having been part of her life for so long, PPD, The recent death of her son, all the problems with the "legitimacy" of the baby daddy, and now the Trim Spa law suit, I'm thinking maybe it was all just too much to handle.

Of course it could be that someone slipped her a mickey too... Will we ever know the reasons she died? probably not. We do know that her life was full of Drama, much of it caused by her own hand, Much of it caused because she lived fast and free.

I pray only that now she has found her true peace, and that if there is such a thing as rebirth, she comes back in a better place.

I have no real opinion on this situation with Anna Nicole but in reality, she did always seem to be on something. Even back when she did I think that MTV awards show after she lost all her weight and she threw her hands up in the hair and exclaimed..."don't you just love my body?"...a very odd and very sad performance and this was wayyyyy before Daniel's death.

And now we have come to find out Daniel died as the result of a combination of several different prescription medications....what I cannot believe is that Anna would (continue to) take drugs with a new baby and after it was drugs that ultimately took her son's life.

I am also hearing that she fell and hit her head a few days again...

Yes, now isn't that a MYSTERY...considering he is always and I mean ALWAYS by her side and today he is mysteriously missing and Anna dies....

Yes agree with this. And her family (her own mother included) didn't seem to care about her at all when interviewed after Daniel's death. All a bunch of bitter country bumpkins, jealous of her lifestyle. I sure hope her Mother doesn't end up with custody of the baby.

She just might, as she is a Relative of Anna's, unless perternity can be determined. By the way, the baby is STILL IN THE BAHAMAS with another Woman who is a relative of some sort.

I am not getting the connection with why people think Howard K. Stern would've killed her?? Maybe someone can explain it?

I know ANS stood to get a ton of money, but since she didn't legally marry Stern, would he get anything? I'm sorry, I don't mean to be crass, but I don't get this... People seem to be really put off by this guy, especially Geraldo. Why is that?

I was really hoping she could pull herself together. That poor baby. What a legacy for her. She definitely looks like Larry Birkhead in my opinion. If she was really Stern's child, well, I just don't see it. She has Birkhead's eyes. I'd be totally shocked if she was Stern's baby.

Honestly, the guy creeps me out. I don't, however, think he killed either one of them (at least intentionally). He strikes me as being completely obsessed with her and I think he enabled her habits (as well as her son) because that's what she wanted.

Howard is just that, an enabler. True he is alleged to have given Daniel the drugs that killed him but I'm sure it was not with the intention to kill him.

And about him killing Anna for the money she hasn't gotten yet from that lawsuit over the inheritance, now that's she's gone will that even be continued? Any lawyers reading this that would know?

On the radio this morning they have said that HKS wanted to head back to there to take care of the baby and the authorities won't let him. They are going to sit down with him and Larry Birkhead about this and get the paternity testing done. Also if neither is her father they will turn custody of the baby over to Anna's sister.

I was going to post this too- The OP really ought to remove his post. It's a huge HIPAA violation and his MIL could lose her job AND face some HUGE fines.

I agree...the HIPPA laws have very fine lines...and to note the position she holds at the hospital...big mistake.

The whole ANS thing is crazy...I am sorry that all of this happened...the poor baby.

This is so sad, I bet it was drugs this is IMHP and I feel so sorry for that baby. Now maybe this mess can be figured out and the right father can see his child in the end.
