Report: Anna Nicole Smith Found Unresponsive in Hotel Room

Reality star Anna Nicole Smith has been found unresponsive in her Hard Rock Hotel room in Hollywood, Fla., FOX affiliate WSVN is reporting.

She has been taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood.

According to a local report, a witness said paramedics were pumping her chest when they took her out of the hotel.

Smith, 39, was photographed at a boxing match at the Hard Rock Hotel last month.

In a lawsuit filed last Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Smith and TrimSpa Inc. were sued in a class-action lawsuit alleging their marketing of a weight-loss pill is false or misleading.

Smith, a former Playboy Playmate, has endorsed TrimSpa and is a spokeswoman.

Anna Nicole Smith reportedly collapsed at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Access Hollywood has confirmed that Anna Nicole Smith has been hospitalized. Sources confirmed to Access that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

On Tuesday, Smith and the diet products company TrimSpa Inc., for which she is a spokeswoman, were sued in a class-action lawsuit alleging their marketing of a weight loss pill is false or misleading.

Smith also was order by a judge to have baby daughter undergo paternity testing. The test is being sought by Smith's former boyfriend Larry Birkhead, who claims he is the father of Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern. She was born Sept. 7 in the Bahamas.

Less than a week after the birth of her daughter, Smith's 20-year-old son Daniel died in her hospital room while visiting Smith after the birth. An coroner's report ruled the death was caused by an overdose of anti-depressants and methadone.

Smith married Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II in 1994, when she was 26 and he was 89. He died the following year.

She then feuded with Marshall’s son, Pierce Marshall, over her entitlement to the tycoon’s estate before he died in June at the age of 67.

In the long-running dispute, Smith had won a $474 million judgment, which was later cut to about $89 million and eventually reduced to zero. In May, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Smith could continue to pursue the fortune in federal courts in California despite a Texas state court ruling that Marshall’s youngest son was the sole heir.

I reread my post and it sounded bad.....I do hope shes okay but that poor baby. Her brother died under weird circumstances, her daddy is ?????, and her mother has looked high or messed up for years. I just really hope she gets some kind of normal life.

I have to admit that suicide also crossed my mind. Again though that poor baby.

It's being reported on many news outlets that she is on the brink of death and they don't expect her to make it There is supposed to be a press conference shortly, so maybe they will release more information.

She is truly a lost soul, but she does have a daughter and no one should lose their Mom. I will keep Anna Nicole and her family in my thoughts and prayers.
