Hello,

Please help me with the best plan. We will be starting at DCA on Monday 2/9 and using the early entry at 8 AM since we will be staying on site. My plan is to do Anna & Elsa meet, Olaf meet and snow fest, Radiator Springs Racers and have lunch then go back to Grand Californian for a break before heading to DL for the afternoon evening. If time permits while in DCA we will also ride Monsters Inc and the Ariel Ride.

What do you suggest doing first and which order? Should we go straight to RSR? Then head to Anna & Elsa to get fast pasts, get pager for Oalf, ride Monsters Inc and Olaf's snow fest while waiting for pager and A&E fast passes? One thing to note is we will be doing Rider Swap on RSR so the first person off RSR could go over and get fast passes/pagers while the second adult/child goes on RSR..

My plan is to have casual lunch at Paradise Wharf, ride Ariel and then head back to Grand Californian through the hotel entrance in DCA.

Any thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same question and list of things to do, only for next Monday 2/2. I'm following this and at minimum can let you know next week what our strategy was and how it panned out.

If you want to ride RSR during early entry and not just get a fastpass later, I'd do:
RSR - get the swap pass
Get Olaf pager and enjoy the snow area
Meet Olaf
Grab passes for Anna and Elsa
Then fill in with whatever until your passes are good - monsters, etc.
Use the swap anytime later in the day for RSR

If you can wait to ride RSR with a fastpass, I'd book it over to Olaf, then grab your Anna and Elsa passes and RSR passes when park opens. That frees you up to do TSMM in early entry as well.

It would be great to hear how it works for you. Thanks!

Thanks for the info!

Are Anna and Elsa passes available during early entry?

I'd get the A&E fast pass and then go stand in line for the Olaf pager. By the time you get the pager, it'll probably be time to see A&E. Then I'd head back over to play in the snow until you can see Olaf.

As far as RSR goes, you could do that first, then get a fast pass to ride again later. Or have someone grab a fast pass while you are in line for the Olaf pager.

Has anyone tried this recently who could tell me whether it's better to head to RSR for FPs first, or go get return tickets for Anna and Elsa and an Olaf pager first?

Show up to the main entrance gates to DCA 30-15 minutes before Early Entry starts.
For Early Entry do RSR and Toy Story Midway Mania if you really want to do TSMM.
AnE and Olaf are not available for EE at least it hasn't been.
As the park opens head to Anna and Elsa. If you are there early enough you won't need a Fastpass. If you have to get a AnE FP then go to Olaf after.
Then go over to Olaf. It shouldn't be to long and you might be able to go right in and see him as well.

Just to clarify...donaldanddaisy, this was a thread asking about an EMH morning in DCA. In your other thread you said you don't have access to EMH.

I just posted a short trip report and covered how we did this all. :) Although we didn't have early entry, you might still be interested in seeing the times on a busy Saturday arriving after rope drop.

Can you point me in the direction of your trip report? Would love to read it. Thanks! :)
