We do not currently have a pf for Anna and Elsa. We intend to hit the park at rope drop. Well, to clarify, we are staying offsite and it is an emh day, so I guess it isn't really ropedrop. Iis not ESSENTIAL that we see anna and elsa, but it would be a big plus. We will have the disability card. There is no availability in mde to book a pf for Anna and Elsa right now. Do they usually open up some fast passes the morning of? If we go so we can be in the park when it opens for regular guests, what kind of wait are we looking at for Anna and Elsa? (I've read about the new rope drop procedures).

I've read horrible things about 4 hour wait times for Anna and Elsa!!
Good Luck!

I can't be sure bc I have not gone yet, but there are some bloggers (easy wdw) who feel if you do not have a FP, you are better to roll the dice and wait till afternoon to visit A&E. The top drop strategy crowd is only getting bigger. Let those folks spend their mining in that line while you enjoy other attractions. By mid day, that whole crowd has moved through A&E and the line would be much more manageable.

Again, I'm just going by what I read. Best to check it out on your own and gauge the wait throughout the day. I also hear the posted wait is grossly over exaggerated.

If it is an EMH morning I would not even bother rope dropping it as an off-site guest. There will be an hour's worth of on-site guests already in line and the park will be EXTRA busy because on-site guests will see it as a better opportunity to rope drop Anna and Elsa with it being morning EMH to get in line 'ahead of the crowd'. As someone else said, your best bet is to get the MDE app and watch the wait times throughout the day and see if it clears out a little around lunch time. I would expect you are going to have a 2 hour wait, minimum. I have heard even with a FP people are waiting 45minutes

In WDW you can use the DAS card for any character greeting that has a FP+ as long as the person on the card goes.

Our plan is to head there use the DAS to get a time and then use our fastpass+ passes during the wait.
