Animated sericel

I think I posted this sometime last year with no luck. I am hoping someone new will come along and help me? I have an animated Steamboat Willie sericel that the music won't play. I have searched and searched and no one knows Anything. I even asked the Disney Galleries when I went to Disney World in October and they couldn't help me.

Does anyone know of any reputable company that would be able to fix it?
