We were very disappointed with our stay this week at VWL . First off it smelled like a cat peed right by the door! The couch was broke. If you sat on it, it fell forward. Fridge ran none stop. There was no hot water too take a shower in the mornings-water was luke warm! Hot tub was broke. The water was hot but the jets barely bubbled

Those are the kind of things that need to be reported as soon as you notice them so they get fixed.

One thing most anyone can do if the Jacuzzi is slow is to make sure the "vents" have not been closed by a previous occupant. If people want to decrease the bubbles, they close down the vents, and if the next occupant isn't familiar with how Jacuzzi tubs work, they wont know to open them. Just an easy fix for next time you encounter that situation.

We just stayed at BLT last week and strangely everything electric was unplugged there as well. The clock by the bed, the refrigerator, the coffee maker, the toaster, the television... I did think it was odd.

On one trip, we were sure that a lamp had a burned out light bulb. Engineering said they had replaced it, but it still didn't work. Turned out in addition to need to turn the lamp on, the room light switch also had to be on (we figured that out on day 3).

Well, after 7 nights I can report that everything else worked fine and the room was great.

We needed four Segways to get to the room after a long day in the parks. We have to be as far away as you can get from the lobby!

That's ok. We need the exercise.

We had the clock unplugged in the master of a GV at SSR last November. When I went to plug it back in, found a bag of t-shirts behind the nightstand! They were bought at Disney, don't know if someone hid them or got mad and threw them!

Actually this was not a jacuzzi tub in the room but rather the DVC hot tub outside that was not working. Very disappointing. But when we moved over to the AKL the next night the hot tub there was great!
I did hear back today regarding the email I sent thanks to the PP for posting the email address. Although we reported the issues the rep who called me today said she saw no notations in the system about our complaint.
We also told the girl when we checked out about the issues with our room in hopes that they would not put another family in that room until the issues were fixed. But the customer statisfaction rep who called me today said she saw no work orders for that room.
They did comp us for one night stay.

They've been having problems with that outdoor hot tub for awhile now, this is not the first time I've heard about it this past year.
