We are staying at animal kingdom Kidani and have a reason for the pirates adventure at the grand Floridian. We have to arrive at 9:15 to the gf marina. What is the best route? Also what time should we leave to arrive prior to 9:15?

We are staying at animal kingdom Kidani and have a reason for the pirates adventure at the grand Floridian. We have to arrive at 9:15 to the gf marina. What is the best route? Also what time should we leave to arrive prior to 9:15?

If you have a car, of course you can drive to the GF and park there for up to three hours for the adventure. The drive itself is only going to be about 15 minutes, but you'll need to leave time on the back end for parking and then walking to the marina.

Using Disney transportation, take a bus from AKV to the MK, then catch the boat from the MK to the GF. The MK-GF boat does not dock at the marina, however, so you'll have a short walk. For this route I would leave at least an hour--maybe a little more to be safe.
