Animal Kingdom to AKL

Hey now! My time is growing near! Never been to AK or AKL, so here's the question. I have a PS at Boma for 4:50 pm, what time should I catch the bus at AK to get to AKL in Time?

You want to arrive at Boma's 5 - 10 minutes before your PS time.
AKL is just down the road from AK. So it SHOULD NOT take long. But when using public transportation ALWAYS pad up your time. Worse case you can look around the AKL lobby at all the interesting displays, or walk out back on the short trails.

We just came home yesterday. Last Monday, we had a PS for breakfast at Boma at 10:45, caught the bus from AK by about 10:15, it's only about a 3 minute bus ride over. Enjoy!!

The bus ride may not be long, but I have found that the wait for a bus at AK can often be pretty long. Leave yourself plenty of time, I would get to the bus stop at least a half hour before your PS.

Of course, if you are a little late, it's not a big deal- you don't lose your PS.

Dont forget that the AKL is an adventure too - many places to observe the animals around the Lodge... etc...
