Animal Kingdom "passport"

Does anyone know if Animal Kingdom still has a "passport" for sale and if so, what does it include? Thanks!
 
The Animal Kingdom Passport Kit is still available but only at AK and AKL. I've never opened one, so I don't know what is included.
