I am interested in spending a night in the AKL during Dec. On the Disney web site this comes up as $299 for 2 adults, 2 kids for one night.

Can I get this any cheaper ? I don't have any discount vouchers or cards to use.

Not sure. I already have a 5 day ticket so just a room rate would be excellent....

Worth checking with http://www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com but I think that seems a pretty fair rate.

Check out the codes on Mousesavers - there are a number of codes for the holiday season - one even lists AKL rooms from $124 room only for the best part of December (subject to availability).

Also, like Vernon says, you could get someone like Dreams to quote you - they will automatically check availability on all the code alternatives for you and you don't have to call long distance.

Tony definately try Dreams I got quoted $165 a night including all charges and taxes for 2nd week in Dec Room only and that was for Savannah View

that sounds pretty high to me - we paid around $150 for our room last year. I checked MouseSavers and found a code which was being advertised on the disney website.

they are quoting $124 at Animal Kingdom Lodge - that won't be a Savannah view room, but i can't believe it would be that much more for the view. We actually paid for a standard view room and got a Savannah one, but if the view is important I wouldn't risk it.


I know people on here swear by Dreams Unlimited, but I have always got better rates ringing myself.
