Hope you enjoyed looking at these! If you have any questions about the resort, please feel free to PM me anytime! :)

Beanie, your pictures are sooo pretty. AKL is truly a special place. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay there, I miss being there.:)

Hmm taht is strange. They were all showing up for me before now they are all broken images. . .

Sorry about that...The hosting site must be down right now...I am sure they will be back up again soon...:)

Beanie I loved the pictures. I was really trying to decide on the Polynesian or AKL. How was the transportion to and from the parks???? ;)

Thanks in advance,
Gamblers

Gamblers...the busses run every 20 minutes from each stop...Honestly, we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for any bus though...the bus stop is outside of the lobby, but you have to walk a little bit to get to them...it is the same as the Wilderness Lodge, if you have been there...:) Hope that helps! :)

TalkDisney...I use Boomerweb to host my pics...:)

Beanie, what type of a camera do you use? I assume it's digital?????

...AWESOME photos!!! I have ressies for Boma; I am definitely going to try one of those Lolipopo's!! (looks dee-lish!!!)

After seeing your great shots of AKL, I am wondering if I made a mistake with our ressies at WL....

dtuleya...I use a Kodak DC290 and I absolutely love it!! It is the best thing my DH has bought for me! LOL...I take it everywhere and I can insert the disk right into my printer and download the pictures from there! The pictures also print out really well on photo paper! A really great investment! Oh, yes it is digital! LOL

Kimmar...that drink was delish! It was recommended to me by our waitress! I can honestly say that I was a diehard WL fan myself...I love WL and always wanted to stay there, but seriously, I am glad I tried AKL...I fell in love with it and it is my new favorite place! DH even said he wanted to stay there again next time we go!! :)

I have some more pictures of the lobby and some shots of the actual room that I am going to be uploading tonight and I will post them as well! :)

Glad you all are enjoying the pictures! :)

Great pictures, I felt like I was back visiting the AKL. I can't wait to try Bomas, Arh, I can't take the excitment of waiting then when we get there I have so much fun I am back home before I know it.:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :Pinkbounc

I'm waiting with much anticipation for your next set of pics!!!

PS - did you "do" story telling?? Is it still at 6:30 PM? (our PS is for 7:15 PM)

Kimmar...No, we did not do the storytelling...We never had time, but next visit we are definitely making room for it!! :)

Here is a link to part 2 of my pictures...Hope you like them!!

Part 2 AKL Pictures

Thanks for the pictures Beanie. Were you on the 2nd floor? The view from your room was fantastic and no obstruction. WOW. We were on the 5th floor and was very obstructed from the tree tops.

Minybear...Yes, we were on the 2nd floor! :) We really did have a great view...I kept thinking it was the first floor though because there was no one below us! LOL

Beanie... what WONDERFUL pictures... makes me want to go back... we have a chance to go there over the 4th of July at 124.00 per night (standard view) Do you think it would be okay to stay in a standard room??? We would still be able to see all the great animals and use the great pool. We've been spolied by the savanah view, but this price is moore in our budget this time... HELP!
