Found a great confirmed reservation for my daughter and I in July staying in a Value Studio at Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House. Does anyone know if these rooms are part of the newly renovated rooms?

No. They are DVC rooms, not hotel rooms. They follow a DVC refurbishment schedule.
