I am hoping someone may have stayed recently and knows the name of the newer General Manager. I know they switch a lot so the names change, but I am hopeful someone can help. I do have the email address for the AKL GM but am hoping to get the name that goes with it. Any help would be great! Thanks.

Hi, do you mind sharing the email for AKL manager please. Thanks

I totally get where you’re coming from. I had a similar situation when I was trying to contact a hotel about a reservation. I ended up just calling them directly, and they were super helpful! If you can, give them a ring; they might have the info you need right away.

But you can’t call Disney hotels direct…

Why do you want the name of the person if you already have the generic email address? Do you have a good/bad experience you want to report and think it will have more impact if you have someone's name who is in charge? I would imagine that email address is reassigned to whomever is currently in charge and they probably have people working for them who process submitted emails.

Ever if you think you are calling a Disney hotel directly, you are actually being routed to a call center located somewhere else. Just because they say the name of the hotel when they answer doesn't mean they are located there. I don't believe any Disney hotel actually has people in the hotel answering outside phone calls.

Yep. Even if you call the front desk of the resort while you are staying there, you are getting an offsite call center.

You can if you have the back office phone number, which they give out sometimes if you need to reach someone about an issue. I don't believe they're published anywhere though.
Yes they do that on rare occasion during a person's trip when they have specific cause.
No, they are not published so it seemed unwise to advise OP to attempt to dig that up.
