Animal Kingdom Lodge--Best time

We can book AKL at 11 mos. We will be 4 adults. Would like to go in 2015. Prefer not to go when it is too cold or too hot. Don't want to go when it is too crowded either.

So what time frame either before May or after August would you pick?

I love spring and fall. October for food and wine, along with MNSSHP makes it a great time to visit.
