Animal Kingdom FP+ Tiering Question(s)

1.) If there is a 'sticky' with detail I missed, please redirect or provide a link (thank you).

2.) I know that within Pandora you can only select one of the two new attractions at a time for FP+. So here's the question - is there any additional 'tiering' of FP+ within Animal Kingdom (once you've selected one of the two Pandora attractions)?
