Well, I did nothing useful this afternoon.....and it was kind of nice!


I have to go to a girl scout leader meeting tonight.... where I hopefully can keep my hand from raising to volunteer for any more stuff!

Actually I have a 3 hour meeting that I remembered, but forgot about when it came to deciding when to do work until today, so I had a lot more today than usual

Gail, I really hope it all works out for EB. I feel bad when things like that get in the way of it all.

Had a nice lunch over at my mom's today. All 3 of my sisters were there. Have to rush and take Brendan to CCD now.

Dylan's visit to the opthamologist went very well. He has no damage to his eye phew! I am so relieved about that!
They dialated his eyes & he cringed cause it burned........
I said "Dylan did that hurt you?" he replied "Yeah but not as bad as the bat"
Anyway...they did through examination & everything was fine! YAY!!

Lorraine, I'll try not to be too shy tomorrow. I won't be on a computer though for a few hours... hopefully I can get a ton done tomorrow morning so I won't be so rushed on Weds to get it all done

Glad Dylan made out well. I thought I'd be joining the ER regulars tonight. EB got hit in the head with a ball, quite hard, during a scrimmage at the tryout. It didn't knock her off her feet and she kept playing but now her head really hurts. She's watching a movie with an icepack right now. I've been checking her vision and so far it's fine.

Dick and his lovely wife were in attendance and we stood as close to her as possible!!!!
He will be one of the coaches....but there were others we knew too.....there should be several teams.....we won't know much else for about 2 weeks.

I keep getting time-outs with the server so I'd better post this while I can!

Oooooh Bethany! How is that game? I have played the regular Scene It game several times and I have been eyeing the Disney version.... (I told Kaitlin she should put that on her Christmas list! LOL)

Had a lot of trouble with my DSL today, and I thought it was fixed but had to reboot the modem, again.

Carol, I am already planning on Semis and Finals, although I haven't sprung for tickets yet. We sat in the nosebleed section in Denver and to be honest, it was great, you could see and hear it all just fine. I thought it could be a problem with my cruise, but the dates are good. Are Sarah and/or Andrew (sorry I missed the birthday, so happy one a little late) gonna try out for a corps and travel? It is a great experience for sure.

Steph, go to the woods, smile and nod to EMIL, and life will be good.

I think I missed anniversaries, also. So sorry. I haven't been doing well onthe cathing up.

Gail, you know the best way to deal with the Richards is to be overly polite. I would make sure to ask that EB be on the team they will be coaching, as he is such an insppiration for team work and sportsmanship. I hope your princess is OK, too.

Pete came in from work tonight telling me he will be gone all next week. He will now be in town 3 days this month. And he will probably have to go to Puerto Rico next month. Wonder if I can fit into his suitcase?

E, I got rid of my sinus pain after 3 days. I hope you get some relief soon.

Comcast is coming to install cable TV tomorrow. No more Dish network, no more Tivo. Pete can't figure out how the Tivo works, so it's better that we don't have it.
