Welcome home, Gail! Looks like a great walk. I'd love to go there someday.
Star, I bet you're getting excited about the trip, too. I'll keep your mom in my prayers. Is she looking for another job? If so, I hope she finds a new situation that's fullfilling without the stress. Life's too short to be miserable! Have fun today at the lake, if it's not raining! Your schools are starting earlier than ours. My kids go back on the 25th! Wish I didn't have David in band camp or I'd come up and sidetrack you on your first full day with a first grader!
Cami, I'll pray for your friend's mom, too.
LK, I'll dust off my tour guide hat.

It was a great trip. You'd have fun!
Steph, how is your knee? After my ankle disaster this spring, I have a lot of sympathy for anyone with a sore leg. You can't do anything without it hurting!
SB, glad the nice weather came through for your day. I agree about those short skirts. I think someone is trying to save money by using less fabric.
Carol, I'm dreading the day David moves out. Not that I don't want him to get to go, but it'll be hard for me. I keep concentrating on the positives. One of these days I'll get to have a scrapbooking room.
I've had no calls from Donna either.

But I am enjoying her updates through the rest of you.
Enrollment is tomorrow morning, for both the kids at the same time. And of course they are predicting rain.

We're doing David first, so he can go on to band camp and then running across town to do Amy. I could send David alone, but this is the best time to pay all sorts of fees, pay for school pictures and buy school t-shirts. I hate to give him tons of cash or a bunch of signed checks. You have to pay for each item as you go.
