I'm back from the high school. We spent about 2 hours standing in line, just to check out the same uniform he wore last year.

I also wrote a check to buy new marching shoes. It was an exciting morning. I could have done it all in 10 minutes. Camp begins in about an hour. Won't see much of him this week.
I think Alan's class sounds very educational.

Sounds like a nice gathering on Saturday. It's always nice to get to know the other parents and it gives the kids a jump start at making friends, too.
Sorry about your co-worker, LK and SB. That is terrible. Have fun at the game today, SB. It's not too hot here, but someone is bound to turn up the heat now that band camp is beginning. Those poor kids bake to a golden brown while they're marching.
Lou, I'm clueless. I haven't been checking the Community Board much since the computer is ailing. Please tell me the sad news from last week.
Carol hasn't said anything lately. Did she go to work? Or maybe she took our advice, called in sick and just went shopping?
I better go. I need to go get Mom's newspaper and I promised a friend of David's that I would copy David's music. He lost his over the summer and he plays the same trumpet part that David does. With this new leader he didn't want to admit he misplaced the music. Smart kid. So to Kinko's I will go, tra la.
