I remembered yesterday that it was your birthday, since you share a Birthday with BB!

I went to the scrapbooking store on Rt. 8 this morning only to discover that they are closing!! Everything was 30% off so I stocked up. I'm not happy to be losing that store though.

The workers had to disconnect my Central AC today. I'm praying for cool temps for a while!

True; election was called for on May 25th. The governmnet in office must call for an election every 5 years. There was talk earlier this sping that the election in June or this coming fall. Last election was in the fall of 2000. They did not need to call an election until the fall of 2005. They try to call it when the they have favourable pools.

Anybody planning to squeeze into my suitcase, be here by Thursday night! We're loading the van then and sailing early on Friday morning. There's room on the roof rack for 2 or 3, just bring your own bungee cords!!!

Okay, there is a teeny story... I won't go into how Mike's wife (see above picture) managed to spill a ton of champagne on my dress... but I will tell another...

Mike for some reason called Luis "Jessie" Now as you can see, there is a ton of resemblence between the two Jessie being a stereotypical looking Jewish man and Luis being a stereotypical Puerto Rican man, right? Yeah, that's what we thought too Anywho, we got a huge kick out of. Now Michaele and Jessie have been together about 1.5 years now. They are very sweet and a lot of fun. Well, since Luis was now Jessie and Jessie was now Luis we "switched" for the night (get your head out of the gutters) so as we were dancing along, Michaele and I got jealous of who the other was dancing with... so we ditched both men and danced ourselves... that was the silly story of the last picture.

But the rest was beautiful, even down to the sunset. I hope you enjoyed

I took a class at work today. It was a nice break.

I think the rain you had in Pittsburgh is heading theis way.

Elaine, Sarah uses photobucket.com to host her pictures. Here is one she got this weekend at another graduation party. My Sarah is on the left with her other friend Sarah. She is actually getting a tan which is unusual for her fair skin. It must be all that time out on the river at camp.

Gail, I am thinking about getting Andrew packed now too. His flight isn't until Friday night so he can pack that day.

We went to Out Back Steakhouse for dinner. YUM!

These are all from the grounds of the Glenlaurel Inn (www.glenlaurel.com) I had the MacGregor room in the Manor House. It was gorgeous. Everything was done with the Scottish influence and each room had a history! I also went for a walk in my lovely shoes (see the pic )

Elaine I really enjoyed the pictures and the story, your dress was beautiful and your hair was lovely. I also noticed that the other girls had their hair down lol

We had a busy busy day yesterday I've been recruited to run the audio and visual during my service at church(we have 3) and it stresses me out a little..... So the DH treated me to lunch to unwind(awww). Then I decided that since I had a free HP ticket that expired today I would take G to see Prisoner of Azkaban (again). This time he asked if he could take his toy wand and I allowed it and I'm glad I did. I had a ball watching him get lost in the movie and flipping his wand around it was really too cute! Then up early this morning because basketball camp started today, the rest of the day just evaporated! I hope that I'll get more time to spend here soon! I miss my dis!

as an aside I love family owned resturants! I called this one and asked when they closed he said in 5 minutes but that if I knew what I wanted he would wait! Can you believe that in this day and age! lol was a nice blessing!

I FINALLY (I know I'm really behind) watched Finding Nemo last night on Starz! I Loved it!! That's mostly because I don't have any young kids to drag around to movies with me!

Adam went to the Pirate Game last night and it was raining when he left here, but it cleared up. He said it was a very exciting game!


I'll be done early today, I'm hoping for some decent pool weather!

Both of my kids are having a friend over today to keep them busy while I start getting ready for my big 4th of July picnic......
It is sneaking up on me......can't believe it is gonna be July this week!

I was about to start a big basement painting and redecorating project.....(even had it all ripped apart to paint).....but we will not have time for a while so, I had to put it all back together again and now it will have to wait till the fall.....I have to have somewhere for all those kids to go if it rains Sunday......hopefully it will be one of the 50 days that Pittsburgh has sun during the year....

Sandi, we joke that Dawn ordered the sunset with the clouds just to make sure her day was 100% perfect. It's kind of funny, I didn't get all teary at the wedding but looking at her pics is doing that to me now... must have had too much on my mind to truly get all emotional then. So glad you enjoyed Nemo though!!! It is a very cute & funny movie
