"Andy" from Toy Story Halloween costume help

Hi everyone,

My son would like to be Andy from Toy Story for Halloween. I've been trying to find a shirt like the one Any wears when he goes to cowboy camp but I'm not having any luck. Could anyone help make the design? I could then iron it on a white t shirt.
