Loving the planning! Those were some truly beautiful engagment pictures in Epcot!
Just my two cents on the bridesmaid thing, from an old married lady.

I've been in 5 or 6 weddings. I'm 36. At this point, if you wanted me to wear a bird on my head, I'd say "okay!" with a smile. But it is totally different if you are a young cute thing. My wedding was 12 years ago, and back then, I cared a lot more about what looked good on me, what was going on with me, etc. In the years since, I have helped a lot of brides in my family plan their weddings, and been in some, too. My ego is no longer involved. It's their wedding. I will wear a potato sack, dance to zydeco, whatever. It's not about me, and any choices or decisions anyone else makes has nothing to do with me.
I suspect your matron of honor knows this. But your other maid of honor and your friend, they are just not there. That's okay in a way. You have your day and have it all about you and love every second of it!

(Oh, sorry, you and your fiance!) Then, one day, you can be the older cousin or sister or friend who helps out the bride. I LOVE

this role, personally! It's so much more fun to be part of weddings when I'm not worried about how it affects me.
I do see that in every family/friend group someone is just not there yet. We have all had it. The parent or sibling or bridesmaid that gets caught up in their ego and how your choices affect them. Just remember they are caught in something and one day, hopefully, they will mature and won't believe they were like that!
My matron of honor, my cousin who was married, and my one girlfriend were rocks to me! I tried my best to keep my mouth shut on all their decisions after!
Can't wait to see bach party and shower pictures!
