Thanks so much! And I got the aisle runner from Event Bella...it was $251 including shipping! They were so great to work with...totally personalized it how I wanted and sent me a proof ahead of time (I just wish I had said beginning of aisle instead of end...oops!) But I would definitely reccommend them!

so after we exited, Regina took us around to get some pictures of just the two of us under the arch. Meri got the guests set up for the staged exit.

Here are the bridesmaids bouquets, the flower girl baskets and ring bearer pillow

We had rose petals for our staged exit. This was so much fun. For some reason, I thought that everyone would throw them at once, but nope. They threw them right before we got to each person so there was tons to walk through.

This is my FAVORITE pictures that the guests took. We were just plain out giggling. Such pure joy!

Then we got in Cinderella's carriage and drove off--for a trip around the parking lot :)

Then we went back into the WP for more pics. DH's family has a tradition of the boys lifting the bride. I kept warning them that I was heavier than his sister and my dress was way poufy! Well, they had a hard time picking me up...they kept saying jump but I couldn't because the little ring bearer was standing right there and I would have kicked him in the head! We finally got it together

We took some pictures of just us. Regina had some FABULOUS ideas including ones of us against the front window and she went outside and down front. It was pitch black outside so we couldn't see her at all, but we knew when she was taking pictures because the flash would go off inside the WP. Sigh, she took some gorgeous pictures and I can't wait to see them!

Since it was dark, the ride over to the GF was so cool with the lights on in the carriage...magical!

When we got to the GF, Meri took us into the room where I had gotten dressed in. She had brought us some of the food from the cocktail hour but the first thing I did was take off my heels and put on my platform flip flops! Here we are just relaxing

DH loves corn dogs so as a little surprise, I ordered him some for this room. Here we are practicing feeding each other for the cake cutting with corn dogs:) (although really, we're feeding ourselves, I guess)

Here is our centerpiece for the cocktail hour in the Whitehall room and patio. My friend was playing with the colors in his camera, but I still wanted to post it. The candle was white and the flower petals were purple

And my beloved lanterns! I wanted these suckers so bad and they turned out great! Once again, the color is off. They are all shades of purple and gray (no pink like it looks).

So then Meri took us to see the reception room before any of the guests went in....oh, so beautiful and perfect....

These are all really beautiful Andrea!!! You were a really beautiful bride and looked so radiant and happy. Looking forward to hearing and seeing more of your gorgeous day!!!

Your day was incredible!!!!!!
The wedding pavilion was decorated so beautifully..and you look GORGEOUS. Seriously, so happy and radiant! Congrats to you and hubby! Can't wait to see more pictures, this is so fun! :goodvibes

Andrea,

Your photos so far have been amazing. Congrats again. Can't wait to see the DPS ones too!

First lets do some pics of the room...

The table...

The favor and escort card (each card had a couple on it with a saying like "Get tangled up in love at the Rapuzel and Flynn Rider table and then they had to match the picture on the tables)

So we entered to the same song as the wedding party--The Main Street Electrical Parade! The DJ was supposed to talk in the place where the voice talks in the song, but we were outside so I couldn't hear him. I wonder if it'll be in the video..

After this we went right into our first dance, "Lost in This Moment" by Big and Rich. It was so awkward. THe whole time we kept saying how awkward we felt.

We were supposed to do the sand ceremony next but we ran out of time because DH and I were going with Regina out to get pictures with the fireworks. Since we're cast members, she took us to this place that she said is the closest she's gotten from GF. She asked if we wanted to watch the fireworks and we asked if it would be just for our benefit or for pictures. She said just for our benefit and we told her not to worry because we live right behind the MK so we see them all the time. So she basically just took pictures the whole show. She said she got some great ones and I can't wait to see them!

Ahhh! The reception was beautiful!! Everything is seriously immaculate! LOVE the cake.

Unfortunately, since no guests went with us for fireworks, I don't have any pictures, so I'll have to wait for the professional pictures.

When we went back in the ballroom, the guests were just finishing their appetizers, the crab cakes. Sooo good! Then out came the caesar salad. I had added the cheese crisps from Flying Fish cafe and asked for extras so they brought me some in a bowl. Which they then took away when I was up mingling with guests! Grr! If I had one complaint, it was about the service. They took away the food way too fast. I had a bunch of guests complain that they didn't get any cake because they cake was served and they got up to dance the anniversary dance and when they got back, the servers had cleared it! Same thing with the coffee. That didn't make me very happy. After the caesar salads, we had the sorbet course in the Cinderella slipper. They came out to Be Our Guest. Now, when I was told about this, it sound like it was almost a production number, but it wasn't at all. The servers just came out with the sorbet and thats it. After the raspberry champagne sorbet, the main entree came out. DH and I had the steak and it was cooked perfectly (during my PS, the steak was so well done and we like it medium rare so we were a little worried).

Here's our sorbet slipper. It was such a hit! You could take the little light out and it had a necklace attached to it so all the guests were wearing it. Such fun! (oh and cute little story. My 89 year old grandma got afraid during the night that it was going to catch on fire, so she flushed it down the toilet!)

After dinner we had the father/daughter dance. We danced to Butterfly Kisses. My tough, macho father has always teared up when he heard this song, so I knew that it would have to be the one we danced to

Then we had the mother/son danced. DH picked You'll Be In My Heart by Phil Collins

23-4.jpg

After that we had our sand ceremony. Our matron of honor gave a little speech beforehand. It was so dark that I couldn't distinguish between the colors. Turned out I poured the gray instead of the purple. And apparently I pour too fast. Oh well!
59-1.jpg

Then we had some dancing...I had told the DJ that I liked booty music and he could play that later. So we danced to things like "Baby Got Back" and "Tootsy Roll". Maybe not so wedding appropriate, but totally my thing and I loved it!
54-1.jpg

We also had a photobooth. It was supposed to be set up in the hall so the guests could use it during the cocktail hour but they set up in the room instead. I was a little upset because that was a waste of an hour I was paying for. My matron of honor took care of it and they stayed another hour. This was the biggest hit! Everyone loved it and there was always someone in it. There were lots of props and since there was two stips of the same pictures, they cut in half, gave one to the guests and glued one into a scrapbook which the guests then wrote messages in

My little ring bearer was the biggest fan! He took so many pictures in it, including popping up behind people! He popped up behind my grandparents! We died laughing when we saw this!

That was one of my regrets though...that I didn't take more pictures with people. I only took it with DH, my little ring bearer (he was following me around when I was trying to get to all the tables asking me to take a picture with him..too cute..and don't ask what we're doing in the pictures..he told me to copy him), and my brother! I wish I had taken it with my parents, my bridesmaids, and my new sister-in-laws!
